An info-gathering iguana, who acts like he knows all. As a member of the 'All-Seeing Eye,' he had gathered plenty of intelligence regarding Stellar and the alien invaders. However, while he works behind the scenes, he is not a pushover on the field.

Once he was finally discovered by Stellar, he sent them on a chase to find him. Once found, Proxy bravely stepped out of the shadows to put his analytical skills to good use. Proxy possesses drones and nanomachines which he uses to gather information and analyze all different scenarios and enemies.
