The most bewildering member of Stellar. He was discovered in Romania, taken control of by Mipterians to act as some kind of guard. Upon being freed, he joined Stellar as a means of showing his gratitude. Strangely, his demeaner never shifted from that of a vampire count. Was he always like that?

The powers that he had gained from being possessed remained, making Waltz a scary combatant that Stellar is lucky to have. Waltz can manipulate ghostly hands, grabbing objects and attacking foes in a manner that resembles psychic powers. It is untraceable and can be used from afar, making it the perfect assassin's weapon.
